Weekly Invite – 15 October
Youth Movie Night today—Friday, October 13!
Reminder: Youth movie night at Starnberg Fellowship and we’re so excited to see you there! Friday the 13th of October, starting at 6:30pm. We’ve got games, pizza, and movie planned – we’ll be watching Freaky Friday (Disney, rated PG) as it’s Friday the 13th! Attendees are welcome to bring a sleeping bag and/or pillow to watch the movie on, and we’ll also have chairs. Any parents who would like to stay for the evening are welcome! If you’d like us to make sure your children get on a particular tram or bus, please let us know – we’ll be heading back by S Bahn after the film ourselves, direction Munich, and are happy to accompany. We should be done around 9:30, but you are also welcome to come earlier. For anyone who does not want to watch the film, we’ll have a nail painting spa set up in a back room. No need to bring anything, but if you’d like to bring a soda or bag of crisps, that’s very welcome.
This Sunday, Pastor John will be preaching on “Soli Deo Gloria: To the Glory of God Alone.” Scripture verses we’ll be looking at are: Psalm 66:1; Isaiah 40:4-5; 1 Corinthians 10:31.

International Food Potluck, Sunday, 22 October: Please bring a favorite “home” dish to serve 8-10 people…and wear something that is tied into your home country…or something from a country that you like!
Coffee and Conversations: Our next meeting will be Wednesday, 8 November, from 10:00 – 12:00 noon.
Starnberg Fellowship’s 10 Year Anniversary Celebration will be held on 19 November. We are putting together a team for this exciting event celebrating God’s faithfulness to us. Please let us know if you’d like to help. Thanks!
