This Sunday, 14 October, Pastor John will continue with Basic Christian Theology 101. The next sermon in this series will be on the meaning of the cross. Scripture verses we’ll be looking at are: Mark 10:32-34; 2 Corinthians 5:16-19.
Prayer and Bible Study Group on Tuesdays. Join us as we alternate between Bible study and focused prayer. Meetings are at the Powells’ in Pasing. Please contact us for the address.
JAM SESSION 3! Our next youth group Jam Session is today following worship (17.00). We’ll be practicing songs for Youth Sunday (October 28).
YOUTH MOVIE NIGHT today following Jam Session. We’ll be watching It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, ordering some pizza, and playing games. Feel free to bring a drink or snack to share.
YOUTH SUNDAY is October 28, and the youth will be leading worship! If you’d like to be part of the Sunday service, please let Sarah or Stephanie know.
Our next Coffee and Conversation Morning Wednesday, 7 November from 10:00-12:00 hrs at Christuskirche, Ammerseestraße 15 in Gauting. Children are welcome!
Harvest/Thanksgiving Potluck Supper on Sunday, 18 November following worship! Please bring a dish to share with 8-10 people.
Opportunities to Serve at Starnberg Fellowship:
-Daily prayer for the ministry of the church.
-Children’s Message (3 minutes). Contact Pastor John.
-Set up and clean up for our events.
-Help with clean up following worship.
-Assist with Sunday school and other programs for youth and children. Contact Sharon Page for children and Sarah and Stephanie for youth.
-Provide refreshments for coffee/tea time.
