Weekly Invite – 10 January

Welcome “Home!” to those who have been away during the holidays. We’re very happy to have you back.

This Sunday: The sermon for this Sunday is Planning for Joy. Scripture verses we’ll be looking at: Scripture Matthew 6:24-34; Mark 8:34-36; Mark 12:28-31. Pastor John will be preaching. Also, we’ll be celebrating the Lord’s Supper.

Fellowship Outreach Task Force: The SF Outreach Task Force will help plan, coordinate, and execute ideas for church growth and outreach. It’s an approximately three-month commitment beginning in mid-February. If you feel God is leading you to be a part of this great ministry, please sign-up following worship this Sunday or see Pastor John. Thanks!

Bible Study and Small Group Opportunities:

–Friday Ladies’ Bible Study
A women’s non-denominational Bible Study and prayer group meet together over coffee and tea every Friday morning from 9.45-11.45 hrs in Grünwald. Little ones are always very welcome! For more information, please contact Kerry Nulty, [email protected].

–Moms in Prayer
A group of us MIS Moms meet together in Starnberg, about once a month, to pray for their children and for the school. They’d love for you to them. For more information, please contact Kerry Nulty.

–Small Group
Tuesday evening at 19.30 hrs a group of men and women come together to pray, read Scripture and discuss God’s Word. We meet in homes in the Munich area, primarily in Gauting. For more information, please contact [email protected].
