For Brunch: Please bring sandwiches to share with 10-12 people.

For the Open Mike: An open mike is a live show where audience members may perform at the microphone. The performers need to sign up in advance for a time slot with either Sarah or Stephanie Snyder. Deer Park Avenue will also be doing some live music.

For the Baked Goods Table: If you don’t have time to bake, please feel free to purchase your favourite treats from your fave bakery.

For the Expats Flea Market: Answers to some questions regarding tables and Starnberg Fellowship’s table:

There are several options to participating in the event:

1) You can reserve your table for €10 and all profits from your sales go to you.

2) Starnberg Fellowship will be hosting its own table. You can donate items to SF to sell and all profits will go to the church.

3) You can host your own table as well as donate to SF’s table.

4) You can just spend all your time buying from all the tables.

5) You can buy things and gift them to others at church!

What We Need: Helpers—plenty of helpers, please!! Call or email us and say, “Here, I am! Use me!” Churches love hearing that. Also, please let us know if you’ll be needing a table. The more we know in advance, the less home visits from Pastor John with a collection plate you’ll receive. Okay, that’s a joke! But, yes, we’d love to know and have your help.

9:30 – 10:00 Set up for Sunday school and Worship

10:00 – 10:45 Bible Study & Prayer Group and Youth and Children’s Program

10:45 – 11:00 Prepare for Worship Service

11:00 – 12:00 Worship Service

12:00 – 12:30 Brunch

• Set up for Expats Flea Market & Open Mic (stack chairs; set up tables)
• Take sign-ups for Open Mic and assign tables

12:30 – 16:00 hrs Flea Market Opens

• Open Mic

16:00 – 16:30 Clean up
