Weekly Invite – 2 July 2017
This Sunday, Philipp Meinecke will be preaching on Engaging in God’s Works. The Scripture text we’ll be looking at is John 9:1-7 (NASB). For those unable to make it to church on Sunday, the outline is as follows:
“What do we learn about the works of God and how we might engage in them?”
- Jesus sometimes uses circumstances as an opportunity to display the works of God in our lives (vv.1-3).
- Jesus invites us to join him in engaging the works of God (vv.4-5).
- Jesus leaves us an example as to how engage in the works of God (vv.6-7).
Sunday School for Youth: Absolutely Everything! continues. Through the lessons, our youth will meet the God who creates, promises, judges, saves and shows who he is, both in his Word and in their own lives!
